摘要: Although isolated systolic hypertension (ISH) increases the risk of coronary heart disease and stroke, more than any other subtype, prevalence factors associated with ISH in Korean population are not known. The 2001 National Health Nutrition Survey was a cross-sectional nationally representative survey conducted 2001. by age body mass index (BMI) examined 6601 adults over 20 years age. After adjusting for age, 4.32±0.32% had ISH, 5.28±0.37% diastolic 5.82±0.36% systolic/diastolic hypertension. overall found to increase directly advancing increasing BMI. be common men (4.81±0.50% men, 4.12±0.37% women), it women 70 Independent variables included advanced BMI, triglyceride (TG) levels, monthly income alcohol intake. However, gender, fasting blood glucose, total cholesterol high-density lipoprotein residential area, education level smoking were significantly risk. findings present study demonstrate that untreated Korea lower Western countries. Age, TG intake ISH.
