摘要: Early detection and rapid response are crucial in any effort to reduce the risk of new emerging biological threats crops other plant resources. This underscores importance of having necessary diagnostic expertise, infrastructure resources place. Three programs — National Plant Diagnostic Network, Clean Network Citrus Clonal Protection Program illustrate how accurate and diagnosis plays a critical role providing healthy plants for growers securing production systems food fiber. These three depend on statewide, regional national networking among university, state federal scientists, regulatory officials industry members help mitigate impacts pests diseases.
