摘要: For autonomously developed information systems to interoperate in a meaningful manner, ontologies capturing the intended semantics of that interoperation have be by community stakeholders those systems. As requirements ontology and itself evolve, so general will community, vice versa. Ontology construction should thus viewed as complex activity leading formalized semantic agreement involving various social processes within may translate into number evolution operators implemented. The hybrid emerge this way indeed need support both stakeholder communities eventual reasoning implemented are governed these ontologies. In paper, we discuss formal aspects involved, so-called fact-oriented methodology formalism structure describe these, well certain relevant which they occur. We also report on prototypical tool set supports such methodology, examples some early experiments.
