摘要: The severe chlorosis observed in the lower most of flooded sunflower plants (Helianthus annuus L. cv. Tall Single) may lie initiated by a reduction import cytokinins stoot from root system. Experiment indicates that during 12 hours following release flooding, previously for 72 or less recover their ability to exude sap when systems are aerated, and synthesize export amino-acids shoot. Plants longer periods lose these abilities. metabolic activity apices declines parallel with decline eytnkinin concentration increase flooding time up hours. Flooding 96 drastically reduce all four parameters activity. After this period there was large number blackened tetrazolium-negative which were probability dead. correlation between total cytokinin content supports tbe view be sites synthesis.
