摘要: The complexity of the economic and social global regional impacts considerably influences not only business sector, but national governmental authorities, as well. As public service providers, governments should discover new methods paths to manage their activities in developments. There are several concepts that elaborate management. One most prominent is good governance, which was established early 1990’s. no generally accepted definition governance usually it defined mainly by emphasizing its core principles. Most present an important objective for reform judicial systems, administration reform, anti-corruption, decentralization, expenditure Customs administrations institutions directly involved international relations. a institution tasked control facilitate trade, had modernize management structure organization, complying with trade customs regulations. This paper dedicated specifics Customs, special emphasis on Macedonian Administration’s experience. Generally, implementation risk usage simplifications Administration (MCA) will be analyzed.
