摘要: A state-of-the-art review is given on the application of both linear and non-linear elastic fracture mechanics parameters for characterising behaviour cementitious composites. Experimental techniques measurement these are discussed critically assessed in relation to fibre cements, mortars concretes. It shown that best described by R-curve which believed be a material property provided certain size requirements met. Theoretical models prediction R-curves considered. Some recent experimental results measurements asbestos cellulose cements also described. In particular, effects specimen size, geometry environment given.
