摘要: The paper outlines the capability of X-ray diffraction (XRD) for evaluation real structure changes and residual stresses (RS) on cross-section advanced thick welds due to welding ferromagnetic plates. results neutron describe a three-dimensional state RS also verify previous assumptions redistribution as result surface preparation determination 2D maps measured by XRD.
