摘要: Earthquakes occurring in urban areas constitute an important concern for emergency management and rescue services. Emergency service location problems may be formulated discrete space or by restricting the potential locations to a specified finite set of points continuous space. We propose Multicriteria Spatial Decision Support System identify shelters evacuation planning. The proposed system has emerged as integration geographical information systems GIS multicriteria Decision-Making method Preference Ranking Organization Method Enrichment Evaluation IV PROMETHEE IV. This incorporates multiple often conflicting criteria decision-makers’ preferences into spatial decision model. consider three standard structural attributes i.e., durability density, population oldness density form maps determine zones most vulnerable earthquake. on these is then entered ArcGIS software define relevant scores each point with regards aforementioned attributes. These will used compute preference functions IV, whose net flow outranking alternative inputted that are final obtained integrated mathematical programming model designed find suitable construction stations. demonstrate applicability efficacy procedures algorithms earthquake station planning case study city Tehran.
