摘要: We investigate a centralized wind farm controller which runs periodically. The attempts to reduce the damage turbine sustains during operation by estimating fatigue based on state. investigation focuses impact of information access and communication networks performance. start investigating effects network that introduces delays in for central controller. control performance as measured accumulated is shown be significantly impacted also choice time instances at sensor accessed. In order optimize latter, we introduce an quality metric mathematical model Markov chains, are compared performance-wise heuristic approach finding this parameter. This called mismatch probability, mmPr, used express quantitatively accuracy given scenario. Lastly, measurements different technologies have been performed carry out analysis practically relevant scenario with respect delays. These done regard packet loss delays, simulations rerun using either traces from or scenarios constructed delay parameters.
