摘要: Abstract The electrical activity of several cortical and subcortical structures was analyzed in cats during electrically pentamethylenetetrazol-induced seizures. These activities were compared with the spinal monosynaptic reflex variations same following results are described: 1. is initially facilitated tonic phase when it elicited vicinity a clonic wave. 2. In last stages seizure, appears deeply inhibited. This inhibition coincides appearance fast sinusoidal (15–40 c/sec) red nucleus. Often this exceeds abrupt end seizure. 3. stimulation nucleus areas which show also associated depression. 4. sensori-motor tonic-clonic recorded facilitates reflex. 5. convulsive activity, central peripheral signs appear similar to those described for paradoxical or REM normal sleep.
