摘要: Abstract Microwave dielectric properties and Far-IR reflectivity of (Ca0.275Sm0.4Li0.25)(Ti1-xMnx)O3 (0.0≤x (mol%) ≤5.0) ceramics were investigated as a function the amount Mn+4 ion substitution. With an increase Mn content, constant specimens decreased. Based on results Far-infrared spectra specimens, Qf value increased showed maximum at x=1.0 mol % due to decrease intrinsic loss, then that decreased for further substitution extrinsic loss resulted from formation secondary phase. The specimen with 1.0 MnO2 97.9, 6400 TCF of-10.7 ppm/°C, respectively.
