摘要: Abstract Background The implementation of electronic health records (EHRs) requires careful preparations but may still cause trouble. In this study we focus on one EHR – Epic. Purpose We compare the experiences from implementing Epic in UK and Denmark with for it Norway. Method is based document analysis (UK Denmark) interviews (Norway). Results had a troubled start both malfunctions interfaces to other clinical systems, disruptions continuity care, drops performance.
