摘要: This paper presents a dynamic, electric-thermal model for photovoltaic (PV) cell that combines electrical and thermal parameters to accurately emulate PV panels in real time power-hardware-in-the-loop simulation (PHILS). In this model, the irradiance ambient temperature are used calculate based on five-layer model. The is then adjust characteristics. A custom experimental setup built test verify characteristics of validated using data realistic scenarios. also tested with PHILS real-time simulator programmable dc power supply generation under various load changes. well matched measurements an error within 2.4% aspects 1.5%
