摘要: Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) is chronic disabling illness characterized by severe fatigue, typically made worse exertion. Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME) thought some to be the same disorder (then referred as CFS/ME) and others different. There an urgent need find effective treatments for CFS. The UK Medical Research Council PACE trial published in 2011 compared available concluded that when added specialist medical care, cognitive behaviour therapy graded exercise were more improving both fatigue physical function participants with CFS, than adaptive pacing specialised care alone.
