摘要: Abstract CuInS 2 (CIS) single crystals doped with 1, 2, 3 and 4 atomic percent (at.%) of antimony (Sb) were grown by the horizontal Bridgman method. The effect Sb doping on structural properties CIS crystal was studied means X-ray diffraction (XRD), energy dispersive analysis (EDAX), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) PL measurements. data suggests that in does not affect tetragonal (chalcopyrite) structure exhibited a (1 1 2) preferred orientation. In addition, increasing concentration, show are more crystallized peaks phase pronounced particular plane. EDAX study revealed atoms can occupy indium site and/or occupying sulfur to make an acceptor. spectra undoped two emission at 1.52 1.62 eV, respectively which decreased antimony. p-type conductivity.
