摘要: In both mouse and Drosophila, Antennapedia-like homeobox-containing genes (homeogenes) display a strict correspondence between the order of (3' to 5') along chromosome their expression domains (anterior posterior) in developing embryo. We show here how this, other points similarity, may indicate that species use common mechanism chromosomal imprinting retain cellular memory homeogene patterns throughout embryonic development.
