摘要: In the present paper we report on specific features of dielectric properties a MnZn ferrite/Al based composite. Previously, it has been shown that high-frequency magnetic losses in such hybrid composites (HCs) can be enhanced due to formation core-shell-like structure composite, which ferrite particles are immersed into conducting medium formed by continuous network spans throughout polymer matrix. Simultaneously, one vary HCs changing type and concentration particles. Dielectric constant ac conductivity measurements MnZn-based have made over frequency range 10 Hz–100 kHz temperature interval from −30 100 °C at ambient up 3 GHz. The results obtained show addition aluminum ferrite/polyurethane composite leads decrease dc insulating barrier Al–Al2O3. On other hand, ...
