摘要: Abstract A treatment approach is presented for monitoring suicidal potential in borderline and psychotic patients within the context of psychotherapy. The seeks to prevent, or at least minimize, gap communication which almost always develops between thehapist patient traditional psychotherapy contibutes sense alienation characteristically associated with action. recommends that therapist, whenever slightest doubt concerning patient's potential, make issue and/or preoccupation a principal explicit focus therapy; insist on joint meeting important family professional figures communicate potential; actively center around discussion object relations whether he believes his life situation has become irrevocably ungratifying; discuss ways (pathological) convictions are related considering suicide. In addition its goal fostering relatedness, attempts objectify issues relevant thereby permit apperceive thoughts feelings as comprising problems be examined rather than unquestioned parts being. exploration objectification depressive about reality becomes central therapy until testing improved sufficiently these areas so no longer feels helpless hopeless. order facilitate consideration potentially internalized assessment external reality, authors formulate conception “reality conclusion” relates psychic state person interpersonal social situation.
