摘要: The basic eukaryotic cell cycle comprises the series of processes by which cell’s genetic material is duplicated, and two new copies segregated to daughter nuclei. In eukaryotes, DNA replication chromosome segregation are temporally separated: former taking place during S (synthetic) phase, latter mitosis. Except in a few special types, there intervals between phase mitosis: G1 period (gap 1) mitosis while followed G2, leads (Fig. 1). alternate under most circumstances, although naturally occurring situations where this rule broken, such as polytenisation dipteran chromosomes.
