Design, fabrication, and testing of a prototype micro-thermophotovoltaic system

摘要: The design, fabrication and testing of a novel prototype micro-thermophotovoltaic (micro-TPV) system is first described in this paper. made SiC emitter, simple nine-layer dielectric filter GaSb photovoltaic cell array. When the flow rate hydrogen 4.20 g/h H/sub 2//air ratio 0.9, micro-TPV able to deliver an electrical power output 1.02 W microcombustor 0.113 cm/sup 3/ volume. open-circuit voltage short-circuit current are 2.28 V 0.59 A, respectively. This paper makes it possible for us replace batteries with systems as micro mechanical devices near future.
