摘要: Purpose Aurora kinases are key regulators of mitotic events. Dysfunction these can cause polyploidy and chromosomal instability, a contributor to tumorigenesis. MK-5108 is potent inhibitor Aurora A kinase that has shown preclinical activity in malignancies breast, cervical, colon, ovarian, pancreatic origin. We sought assess the efficacy panel non-small-cell lung cancer cell lines as single agent combination with cisplatin docetaxel.
