摘要: One of the most important concerns in smart grid environment is congestion management which performed by independent system operator. In this paper, addition to generation rescheduling, demand response resources (DRRs) as a consequence programs are utilized order relieve transmission congestion. Previously, was implemented without considering uncertainty power system. Herein, stochastic with taking into account outage units and lines presented. The presented DC model for flow calculation uses Transferred Power Distribution Factors (TPDFs) describe relation between generators/DRRs line flows. proposed framework applied 24-bus Reliability Test System (RTS) so that results deterministic existence no DRRs compared each other.
