摘要: The biomass flash pyrolysis, as the advanced technology of thermo-chemical conversion biomass, can convert low-grade energy to high-grade energy, main characteristic which is that percent biological oil in terminal products very large. an ideal clean fuel, substitute diesel and gasoline for power after suitable re-processing. In order obtain large amount liquid production (biological oil) yield, experiment was carried out this paper. Using sawdust fluidized bed reactor, investigated relationship between quantity three kinds (the liquid, gas, solid) final reaction temperature. experiment, only temperature were changed, other parameters remained stable, such feeding, remaining time gas product, wind, pressure system, height, so on. equipments process presented paper, with productivity a function curve type, found yields reach maximum when range 450°C∼540.7°C. This investigation shows pyrolysis has decisive influence on type size products. study presents reference device design technological transformation from energy.
