摘要: The Vaccinium genus contains several valuable fruit and ornamental species, among others: highbush blueberry (Vaccinium × corymbosum L.), cranberry macrocarpon Ait.), lingonberry vitis-idaea L.). In some most popular cultivars, the conventional propagation methods, exploiting hard or soft wood cuttings, are inefficient. demand for nursery plants could be fulfilled only by micropropagation. principle cultivars propagated in vitro through similar three-stage method, based on subculture of shoot explants different culture media supplemented with IAA (0-4 mg/L) 2iP (5-10 mg/L), rooting shoots vivo. obtained plantlets transferred to peat substrate grown glasshouse until end growing period. development adventitious should monitored controlled during stages. Many clones have specific requirements conditions and/or recalcitrant.
