摘要: Traditional methods for site selection fail to give reasonable weight the potential risk grade of different locations. Consequently, does not highlight locations with higher grades. Thus, a hybrid analytical method emergency response centers is proposed. First, spatial predicates are incorporated into event analysis. These describe relationships between and surrounding objects. A data association mining then developed identify correlation rules that contain information geographical factors. Such act as adding mechanism on urban buildings, such every object assigned based these rules. Furthermore, simulated annealing algorithm by incorporating locate optimal sites centers. series experiments conducted, results demonstrate efficiency proposed method.
