摘要: The intention of preoperative skin antisepsis is to reduce the risk postoperative surgical wound infections through prevention contamination site from patient's flora, and provide a sterile work area. This pilot study aimed compare warm versus cold disinfection with chlorhexidine solution on bacterial growth, temperatures experiences disinfection. Ten healthy volunteers without any association Sweden's healthcare services were included in an experimental crossover design. results showed that (38°C) seems be comparable (20°C) reducing growth. Experiences differ, but generally considered more pleasant than as result heat-loss skin. However, further research larger sample sizes patients undergoing surgery needed.
