摘要: Although Pc3 magnetic pulsations are commonly observed in the dayside magnetosphere and believed to propagate into inner ground, how where they establish themselves as a regular oscillation not completely understood. In particular, it is clear whether cavity mode plays significant role determining spectral properties of pulsations. The mode, principle, can be identified by multipoint observations spatial variation amplitude phase field perturbations, with at least one satellite providing evidence compressional magnetosphere. Motivated these requirements for detection we surveyed combined data from Active Magnetospheric Particle Tracer Explorers Charge Composition Explorer (AMPTE CCE) Kakioka ground station. We an interval on November 4–5, 1984, during which both (dipole L = 3–6) station (L 1.25) were morningside (near 8-hour local time) small time separation (within 0.9 hour) exhibiting component space. Unlike previous studies, used satellites located > 6, high coherence band between (bz)in space horizontal (H) ground. A cross-phase analysis merged bz H series indicates that components oscillated antiphase over range radial distance. discuss taken
