摘要: The study on natural radioactivity level in the soil plays a significant role health physics. present has been carried out with aim of estimating activity concentration radionuclides samples collected at 30 places around Kolar Gold Fields, district using gamma ray spectrometry. Average values 226Ra, 232Th and 40K are 27.3 ± 1.8, 63.1 2.5 818 6 Bq kg−1, respectively. average radium equivalent (Raeq), absorbed dose rate annual effective have calculated compared referred safe values.
