摘要: Abstract The net flux of radiation at the top atmosphere and associated quantities (albedo outgoing longwave radiation) were computed for five successive semimonthly periods from measurements radiance emitted reflected solar obtained over entire globe satellite Nimbus II during period 16 May–28 July 1966. anisotropy reflection characteristics earth-atmosphere system was considered first time with gross empirical models derived airplane balloon observations. global planetary albedo found to be between 29 31%, while mean temperature ranged 254 255K. Both results deviate corresponding values earlier investigations in such a way as suggest that those cloudiness or its effect on radiative tranfer, especially tropics subtropics, overestimated. averages balance indicate slight deficit ab...
