摘要: Stability, both small and large disturbances, is a critical part of day to operation the power system. Unstable system would not able operate. Though critical, stability has often been overlooked in markets thus undervalued. In this paper different approaches used past have critically reviewed summarised. A simple example then elucidate physical meaning optimal dispatch with limit due stability. Finally, it demonstrated that performance could improve advanced governor control, i.e., using phase compensated governor, how enhanced can be linked economic values market.
