摘要: The description of the distribution population in potential impact areas accident scenarios is utmost importance for assessment final consequences accidents. Vulnerability centers (i.e., sites where simultaneous presence a relevant number persons narrow area anticipated) may play an important role this framework. In study method correct and detailed offsite target major accidents developed. aimed at supporting quantitative risk analysis studies, emergency planning, land-use planning. An approach suggested to define categories that should be taken into account provide criteria indoor outdoor vulnerability centers. Case studies are also provided understand outcomes potentialities methodology.
