摘要: Distribution network pricing is to allocate all or part of the existing cost distribution system efficiently. Since integration distributed generation (DG) into networks, DGs and dispatchable loads play an active role in operation planning. In United Kingdom, there are fourteen companies representing each discrete region. Existing charging methods cannot deal with DG penetration, so methodology currently under revaluation. this paper asset mainly turn over circuit, for a given network, aim set up tariff recover circuit asset. The proposed method based on two separate elements: used capacity element unused (headroom) element. Using case studies, it shows that treat users (loads DGs) operator fairly.
