摘要: Objective To investigate the resistance mechanisms and epidemiology of Enterobacteriaceae isolated from clinical with reduced susceptibility to imipenem or meropenem.Methods 18 strains carbapenem were collected during January August in 2010.The MICs these determined using automated microbial identification system.ESBLs,AmpC KPC tested agar dilution method.PCR amplification DNA sequence performed analyze genes,PFGE was used examine molecular epidemiology.Results All detected ESBLs AmpC,14 KPC-2.3 EDTA paper method positive may produce other metal carbapenem,in which 2 harbor KPC-2.PFGE types indicate that there six genotypes among 15 Klebsiella pneumoniae.Conclusion Plasmid-mediated KPC-2 main reason makes reducing causes short-term epidemic hospital.Clinical harboring gene carry multiple genes meanwhile.
