摘要: Objective: To report on the feasibility and psychometric properties in terms of homogeneity construct validity a newly developed handicap questionnaire focusing person-perceived handicaps: Impact Participation Autonomy (IPA).Design: Cross-sectional.Setting, subjects outcome measure: One hundred consecutive individuals from outpatient clinic department rehabilitation an academic hospital administered new IPA.Results: The results show good IPA. Factor analysis showed that scale consists four factors, explaining 68% total variance: social relationships, autonomy self-care, mobility leisure, family role. Homogeneity subscales was considered good, Cronbach's α ranged 0.84 (family role) to 0.87 (social relationships).
