摘要: The propagation of elastic and plastic waves combined generalized forces in a Timoshenko beam under symmetrical bending tension or compression is investigated for isotropic work-hardening materials. governing system differential equations has the same structure as that certain class problems dealing with elastic-plastic wave stresses two three dimensional medium. In contrast to latter problem, however, compliance matrix associated Timosiienko unsymmetrical. eigenvalues eigenvectors are determined. represent velocities waves, whereas yield corresponding jumps forces.
