摘要: Abstract Recent experiments on ion irradiation of oxide dispersion strengthened (ODS) materials to high doses at 500 °C performed the CEA-JANNuS-Saclay facility, in which nanosized particles exhibited changes size distribution resulting a decrease number density and an increase average nanoparticle size, are analysed. It is shown that coarsening observed either tests (at 500 °C) or annealing 1300 °C) can be described self-consistently within Brownian coagulation theory. The developed model gives also reasonable prediction for under neutron irradiation, commercial ODS alloy MA957 irradiated French fast breeder reactor Phenix.
