摘要: Abstract The conduciveness of a healing environment in hospital ward can be determined by users’ satisfaction levels. Such an would ultimately influence the patients’ Length Stay (LOS). authors’ just concluded Post Occupancy Evaluation (POE) study upon paediatric wards public hospitals, Malaysia's Klang Valley, revealed that level favoured previously built rather than newly built. As such, it is anticipated LOS longer newer wards. Implications increase healthcare expenses as studies have shown impact expenses.
