摘要: Common marmosets (Callithrix jacchus) have been suggested as a new model for analysis of age-related changes and neurodegenerative diseases. However, the effects age on learning memory processes are not well defined within this species. Therefore, we employed visual discrimination reversal tasks to evaluate in four aged common relative younger cohort. We found that commit significantly more errors initial stages perseverative learning, indicating prefrontal dysfunction. they showed comparable performance with later both tasks.
