No differences found between the BMS for any sensory modalities tested except tolerance. Pain was significantly decreased at tongue tip, site clinical approximately 85% this study, but not cutaneous lower lip which only 17% study. In addition, no who reported on mucosal (approximately 49% subjects), those without 51% subjects). These findings do suggest psychogenic origin alteration subjects, instead specific changes their peripheral or central functions.
