摘要: This paper studies the need within a geographically dispersed, virtual, interdisciplinary institute, IBBT, how collaboration this organization could be enhanced by looking into current practices. The IBBT performs research and supports ICT innovation in region of Flanders acts as central institute between different groups located at five cities.
