摘要: Abstract An equation was developed from studies of single-pass wear and fracture toughness filled unfilled dental restorative resins amalgams relating the sliding frictional force F to normal load N , toughness, modulus elasticity, yield strength slider diameter. This same form as that reported for viscoelastic materials ( = KN n ). Friction caused primarily by ploughing or deformation material under conditions tested.
