摘要: NZB X NZW F1 mice initiated on calorie restriction at weaning or 4 to 5 months of age moderate protein weaning, were afforded significant protection from the development immune nephritis. Whereas animals normal intake demonstrated deposition reactants in glomerular basement membrane-oriented pattern, those either exhibited mesangial confinement immunoglobulins and complement. Associated with these divergent patterns deposition, evidence extensive cellular proliferation sclerosis while dietary restricted virtually no hyalinization only mild proliferation. Autoantibody formation calorie-restricted was significantly decreased compared fed a diet. Thus, may serve as prophylactic effective therapeutic approach ongoing autoimmune disease.
