摘要: This document defines a new protocol element, the Internationalized Resource Identifier (IRI), as an extension of Uniform (URI). An IRI is sequence characters from Universal Character Set (Unicode/ISO 10646). A mapping IRIs to URIs defined, which provides means for be used instead URIs, where appropriate, identify resources.
