摘要: The biosynthesis of metal nanoparticle and their suitable assembly has recently gained tremendous interest for its application in biomedical arena such as substrates surface-enhanced Raman scattering others. In this article, an easy, low-cost, fast, bio-friendly toxic-reducing agent free protocol been described the preparation silver film using biocompatible 1,2-dipalmitoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine phospholipid Langmuir monolayer template. Interactions, docking attachment ions to above-mentioned have studied by surface pressure–area isotherm compressibility analysis at air–water interface. We deposited Langmuir–Blodgett monolayer/multilayer containing onto glass/SiO2/quartz substrates. formation phospholipid–silver complex characterized field emission-scanning electron microscopy high-resolution tunneling images. applied a substrate rhodamine 123 understand existence plasmon activity nanoparticle.
