摘要: Hepatoblastoma (HB) is the most common malignant liver neoplasm in children. Despite progress HB therapy, outcomes for patients with metastatic disease remain poor. Dysregulation of miRNA expression one potential epigenetic mechanisms associated pathogenesis HB. However, profiles related to different stages tissues and cells, particular lung tumor are unknown. In present study, using array-based DNA methylation analysis on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissues, we aimed identify changes that can discriminate between tumors, primary tumors (fetal embryonal subtypes), nontumorous surrounding livers. Our demonstrated a large cluster microRNAs snoRNAs located within 14q32.2 DLK1-DIO3 region showed strikingly upregulated pattern especially compared normal tissues. This revealed dysregulation miRNAs similar seen stem-like subtype hepatocellular carcinoma poor prognosis. These findings mirror made multiple other cancer types. With further this may future allow stratification types based their profiles, which could lead new approaches diagnosis treatment progressive patients.
