摘要: Human sperm chromosome complements have been studied for more than a decade since Edwina Rudak first published an ingenious technique in which hamster oocytes are used to reactivate human (Rudak et al. 1978). This was real breakthrough the field of reproductive genetics because prior this discovery information about frequency, type and cause chromosomal abnormalities had be inferred from indirect studies spontaneous abortions livebirths. Since so many result early pregnancy loss, these were subject extreme ascertainment bias.
