摘要: The objective measurement of blocking artifacts plays an important role in the design, optimization, and assessment image video compression. In this paper, we propose a novel algorithm for artifacts. Computer simulation results indicate that proposed method accurately measures without using original image. Moreover, can be easily implemented both pixel DCT domains.
