摘要: This paper follows on from preliminary work to investigate the theoretical aspects of control dividing wall columns in Part 1 this paper. Two different arrangements have been investigated using temperature control. Dynamic simulation was first used test configurations. These were then a large-scale pilot plant. The and plant runs show same basic trends arrangements. In all cases, proved give stable response fluctuations feed column. Temperature resulted an off-set one product purities. demonstrated both practical runs. A procedure has suggested overcome by over-refluxing allows column be designed for minimum over-refluxing.
