摘要: A general approach to block-matching motion estimation is introduced. It very well handles the complex found in broadcasting television signals by comparing each block of current frame with a deformed quadrilateral previous one. Calculation extra information requires additional operations that increase computational load but improved prediction reduces bit rate. shown proposed method outperforms conventional full search improving overall SNR error at least 1 dB and reducing rate 10%.
