摘要: Abstract Jeffery's equations ascribe a theoretical cyclic nature to the shape fabric of non-interacting rigid particles immersed in viscous fluid undergoing simple shear flow. This behaviour is confirmed at ‘low’ strains (γ 5 (first experiment: 134 identical particles) or γ > 1 (second 178 with two size classes), then become stable 17% experiment) and more than 50% population particles. Due contribution tiled particles, becomes asymmetrical its orientation distribution, maximum lying above plane. The latter result provides new sense indicator, addition statistical determination features. study also suggests that crystalline fabrics magmas could be acquired high melt fractions, i.e. early crystallization history magma.
